★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi caso, había comprado varias cosas en su tienda y se acabó la magia el día que compré un arreglo de globos. El servicio de entrega está fatal, si tu evento es en la tarde noche mejor busca otro lugar donde comprar porque solo entregan en su horario máximo hasta las 5:20 pm entre semana y sábados hasta la 1:20 pm, lo cual cierra totalmente muchas posibilidades, sobretodo en fin de semana. Además nunca me dieron recomendaciones antes de recoger el pedido ni mucho menos. Que lástima porque tiene cosas muy lindas, pero el servicio es uno de los puntos más importante.

Todo lo que necesitas para tener tu fiesta muy linda. Venden globos gigante llenos de confeti y combinaciones de colores muy lindas. Platos, decoración, todo muy lindo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia, compre unos globos y no duraron nada, en cuanto salí de la tienda de poncho uno y lo justifique con que a todos les puede pasar.
Pero de 7 globos únicamente quedaron 3, deberían de trabajar más con su mercancía.
Terrible experience, I bought some balloons and they didn't last long, as soon as I left the poncho store one and justified it with the fact that it can happen to everyone.
But out of 7 balloons only 3 remained, they should work more with their merchandise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hicieron una guirnalda y back de globos ESPECTACULAR y DIVINA para el bautizo de mi hija con un acrilico para el pastel, el servicio estuvo excelente, los colores divinos y el personal q fue a mi casa el dia del evento super amable todo el tiempo. Siempre me atendieron con mucha amabilidad, me mandaron muchísimas opciones de colores hasta que finalmente encontramos el que mas me gustaba para el back y los globos y entendieron perfectamente que era lo que estaba buscando y lo que queria para ese dia tan especial, los globos me duraron perfectos 3 dias. Siempre contrato confetti para eventos importantes y sus globos siempre son de la mejor calidad, duran muchisimo tiempo y no se ponchan!
They made me a SPECTACULAR and DIVINE balloon garland and back for my daughter's baptism with an acrylic for the cake, the service was excellent, the colors were divine and the staff who came to my house on the day of the event were super friendly all the time. They always treated me with great kindness, they sent me many color options until we finally found the one that I liked the most for the back and the balloons and they perfectly understood what I was looking for and what I wanted for that special day, the balloons They lasted perfect 3 days. I always contract confetti for important events and their balloons are always of the best quality, they last a long time and they don't blow out!
