Too bad that I can't leave 0 star. Disgusting place, horrible people with no manners to treat the tourist. After reading all the bad reviews am so glad that the man in charged cancelled the rent just because we were reading all the small letters in the contract. He was really upset when we asked for the value of the car, we wanted to know what was going to be our responsibility in case of an accident. Avoid this place, it's a scam.

Horrible place, car was not what they showed on the picture! (All red lights were turn on, our Car was a Chevy Sedan) At the moment we got in, we regretted, the horn didn't work and we couldn't adjust the side mirror as they were tie up with tie wrap. The only good thing I might save is that they were kind, but yep, they have to if their cars conditions are very bad. DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Disaster… They are trying to rent cars without seatbells, horn, rearview mirror etc… Dangerous, should be closed by the officials.

trash cars… they don’t clean cars at all, and all they take is money from u and provide u junk car. trash service… avoid this place. car is complete rip off.

We rented a scooter for 4 days and wouldn’t recommend! Speedometer and fuel gauge didn’t work on the first scooter, in addition to the motor stalling in intersections. We changed and got another one with bad breaks. When we asked for a scooter that wasn’t broken they said all their scooters are broken in one way or another. It’s not hard to understand how Cozumel have so many tragic accidents with these wrecks on the roads! Do yourself a favour and don’t rent from this company!

Totally mistake. Scooter was turning all the time to the left and wen I came to change to other machine it was better at all (brakes and gearbox), so I didn't take it. Owner didn't want to gave back money. When I agree to take the other scooter he refuse to give it. Owner was really mean. He charge 200 pesos for 2 hours for broken scooter. This place is a scam. NOT RECOMENDED

Avoid like the plague!!! I usually do research before choosing things like this but we made a last minute decision to try and salvage a rainy day and a friendly guy stopped us on the street so we went with it. These folks are sleazy and give Cozumel a bad name. We rented a small vehicle and the windshield was so dirty it was difficult to see from it. I told him this and he said, it’s fine, just go! At this point we only had a few hours so I didn’t want to waste anymore time so off we went. On the way back the sun coming into the dirty windshield made it impossible to see at any level of safety. And it’s Cozumel. You cannot just stop somewhere and easily find something to wipe it down. Anyway, this car was total garbage. Basically some rusted metal on wheels. I have no idea how it even turned on or ran. I held my breath the whole way. The seat was broken, the windshield shattered, the windows wouldn’t roll up, there was no radio. Engine and battery light on. And they completely price gouge! The gas gauge was also broken and upon return they demanded more gas. I nearly missed the ferry putting more gas in the car because they refused to return my deposit if I didn’t drive this death trap back to a gas station. No remorse, no scruples.

Rented an older Honda single speed scooter for $25/day. Horn didn’t work, throttle cable had too much play, suspension was really worn (bouncy), brakes were worn but functioned, scooter would stall at stop lights. We agreed they would drop off and pick up at my hotel, they wouldn’t. I used a card as they offer rental insurance, they were not happy. I would rent from somewhere else next time.
