Nunca hacen caso sobre el tipo de pan, no hacen caso cuando se pide sin pickles o sin tomate, las papas vienen medio crudas, el pan de la hamburguesa estaba duro en unas partes, no se como lo conservan, la salsa chipotle el plastico estaba roto, estaba casi dura en la parte de arriba y agarro un color muy obscuro, la verdad ni quiero saber lo que pasa en la cocina porque creo que nunca volveria a pedir de esta succursal. Que pena porque la succursal de Colinas de San Jeronimo esta increible, pero la cadena deberia checar como manejan sus succursales a veces...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentable el servicio en esta sucursal ; Ademas de lenta en mas de dos ocasiones pido Aros de Cebolla o Camotes en lugar de papas y me echan lo que quieren o nada incluso me han llegado sin aderezo. En comparación a otras esta es la peor. Obvio levante queja y el supuesto gerente quedo en enviarme unos aros de cebolla los cuales nunca llegaron.
Sorry the service at this branch; Besides slow on more than two occasions I order Onion Rings or Sweet Potatoes instead of potatoes and they throw me whatever they want or nothing, they have even come to me without dressing. Compared to others this is the worst. Obviously I raised a complaint and the supposed manager agreed to send me some onion rings which never arrived.

Los cocineros parecen princesas tienen pésima actitud...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta muy rico algo caro pero una vez al mes vale la pena el costo. El aderezo chipotle está muy bueno, las cheese balls ya bajaron se calidad antes estaban mejor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre se equivocan en el pedido, ya sea en tipo de pan, o si quieres o no con aderezos, etc. Además horrible que siempre intentas marcar y nunca contesta, no entra, o el número no está disponible.
Deberían arreglar el teléfono, ya que yo para no errar en el pedido siempre marco para decirles que no le pongan aderezos, o que quiero el pan en lechuga, porque si lo pones en los comentarios nunca los leen.
Obviamente Food Box muy rico como siempre, pero sí el servicio de los 2 chavillos que atienden ahí deja mucho que desear

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pinche lugar feo y sobrevalorado, tardan horas en hacer la comida, no te pueden servir ni una malteada para esperar tu orden, es más; te dicen que las malteadas tardan más que la comida.
Se entiende que el giro del negocio es pedir por la app, sin embargo con sus "sobres de regalo" te ganchan a ir y consumir de manera presencial FORZOSAMENTE siendo que no tienen gente para atender, para colmo algunos "regalos" no los manejan en esta sucursal y tienes que ir a canjearlos a otra en donde TIENES QUE CONSUMIR TU "regalo" EN EL RESTAURANTE SI O SI.
Así mismo ya no venden muslos ni hamburguesas para asar.
Y si pongo una estrella es porque no puedo poner media.
Bendiciones.

It is understood that the line of business is to ask for the app, however with their "gift envelopes" they FORCEDLY entice you to go and consume in person since they do not have people to attend, to top it off some "gifts" are not handled in this branch and you have to go to exchange them at another where YOU HAVE TO CONSUME YOUR "gift" IN THE RESTAURANT YES OR YES.
Likewise, they no longer sell thighs or hamburgers for grilling.
And if I put a star it's because I can't put an average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No entiendo de qué sirve ordenar en línea, si llegas a la hora marcada en la página, te toman la orden de nuevo, y tienes que volver a esperar 45 minutos tu pedido. La atención y servicio de los colaboradores es excelente y muy amables. Sin embargo el encargado / dueño del lugar, debe adecuar mejor los horarios de los colaboradores en horas pico, así como días de promoción, o cuando se juntan dos promociones, como el paquete de $179. Más los sobres. Pésimo el tiempo de espera, pero reitero, no es culpa de los empleados, si no de los administradores. Pobre chica la de mostrador que le toca toda la friega a ella sola. Deberían de poner dos por lo menos para que sea más eficiente el proceso de recolección, entrega, empaquetado y cobro.
