The GAIA Experience - 77930 Bacalar

We had an awesome trip around the lake, did a bit of swimming, had a few beers and the crew were fun and knowledgeable about the area.

Couldn't have been any better , knowledgeable, honest , helpful.. just great .. issa is awesome. Water and sodas were Included fyi

I want to absoutely recommend this experience, and leave my full review for the people that will read it: - THE GAIA EXPERIENCE is a wonderful way to enjoy the Lagoon, starting with their Boat Tour, that offers very comfortable pontoons, plus, their captains and guides are very smiling persons, with a positive attitude and GREAT VIBES all the time.- As a traveller, you really DESERVE to get a beautiful experience that worth the money that you paid for your activities: THE GAIA EXPERIENCE totally worth every single minute and money you paid for. - - Also, you can do Wakeboard with this guys, that is REALLY FUNNY, even if you are not professional, they will make your experience a great one, and will give you for sure a wonderful day!! - - CONTACT THEM !! -- You will thank me latter!

We did the sunset cruise and enjoyed ourselves very much. The captain and guide were both knowledgeable and very friendly. Alcoholic beverages were available for sale. We would definitely recommend this tour.

Tour was nice but overpriced. Nothing is included you have to pay for water/drinks on the boat. Still had an OK time because the lagoon is absolutely amazing. It’s run out of a hostel And they charge their guests is much less than they charge the public. If you’re in a hurry and don’t want to shop around go for it but there’s lots of places that do the same tour for a lot less money

Isis and Edder are the best guides! They provided a great experience. The places we visited were already astonishing by themselves, but they both made the visit even better. It is clear they love what they do and they are able to transmit their passion as well to the visitors. Thank you guys! We would love to repeat definitely with you!?

If your staying Bacalar you would be a fool not to use these guys for your rentals or tours! We first booked a sunrise SUP tour which was awesome, the two guides were really friendly & helpful, they also took some really cool shots on the GoPro of everyone which is good for the memories! We also booked wakeboarding which again was so much fun! The two instructor's were very professional and super patient as I struggled to get out of the water. But with some good tips, heaps of encouragement from them both I managed to get up and I think they were more stoked than I was ? Thanks again!

I was referred to this venue by my hotel provider: Casa Chukum and what a great referral. The guide and driver Isis and Eddie, I believe, were phenomenal hosts. The tour was reasonably priced and I was able to pre-pay via my hotel who took care of all of the details and sent me the confirmation. I arrived at 4:55 pm, immediately checked in and waited for Isis to board us. The tour was really nice with wonderful history about the Laguna. Omg, Isis is a natural tour guide, and hilarious with her stories. You can tell she is passionate about the Laguna and people. The various sites are gorgeous and each tells its own unique story. I met some really fantastic individuals and had wonderful chats. I highly recommend this tour and group for all ages. Everyone will enjoy. The platoon was super safe and the ride was smooth.
