★ ★ ★ ★ ★ YOU'D BETTER AVOID THIS SO-CALLED "HOTEL". Our experience here has been hellish. We stayed 10 days but the room was cleaned when they remembered and not every day. Obscene staff because THEY STOLE US FROM THE SAFE IN OUR ROOM (it didn't just happen to us but also to another couple) and they did absolutely nothing to refund us even though they knew who was the guilty among their employees. Overall experience to forget, management of the structure embarrassing. There is much better nearby!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I stayed at The Gallery for two weeks 1/28/20 to 2/11 in a studio apartment 316N. Our stay was excellent in all respects: office staff extremely friendly and helpful, cleaning staff exceptional...special thanks to our cleaning lady she was 'outstanding'.
We had some concerns re: safe keeping of valuables within our apartment due to a previous review...our concerns proved to be NO concern what so ever. The safe was new (as was everything) and worked perfectly...however you did have to follow the instruction sheet to use it properly. Thanks Gallery we enjoyed our stay and when in Playa Del Carmen we will stay here. Paddy and Sharon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy in the day shift is very rude and the way he speaks lacks of education. When he speaks to you he do it with bad attitude. Doesn’t make you feel at home. Disgusting treatment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are fine. They are comparable to many, if not all of the other condo buildings in Playa del carmen.
However, the walls are paper thin and they pump edm music into the pool area every night until 10 pm. Not very good if you want to relax as you will have edm coming from speakers outside your room every day until at least 10 pm without exception.
I would not stay here again as there is nothing special about the condominiums and there are plenty of other condos to choose from with thicker walls and without an involuntary sound track for your stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like the location. Far and close enough to 5th Ave. Away from the noice and chaos. We had an Oxxo, a Japanese restaurant, and a pharmacy right outside. We also had Walmart and a mega super store nearby. There is a laundrymat next door, which they do the laundry for you very inexpensively. Love the location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in an airbnb - the apartment was better than expected. The place feels safe and very close to the Main Street. If you stay in the rooms looking at the street, it might be a little noisy due to traffic.
Something I didn’t like: they require to wear a wrist band and not to take off during the entire stay.
