★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Éramos clientes desde hace 13 años lejos quedaron los tiempos cuando servían los cortes de arrachera, cecina o cordero enooormes como de 400 gramos esas porciones se redujeron a menos 150 gramos, olvidan que se visita la zona por la fama de la carne, el queso, las pastas. Antes servían queso asado y nopales. Los platos tenían como 50 gramos de frijol y medio aguacatito criollo (3 rebanadas de 6cm x .5mm), muy pobres. La birria muy rica con un poco de pellejo pero suficiente carne, los mixiotes también ricos aunque la porción pequeña. Huaxmole rico. Las jarras de agua muy mal, el agua de tamarindo era de sobre no era tamarindo natural no vale lo que pagas. La mesera que anda en ropa corta de mal modo jala los manteles sin avisarte siquiera, de la misma manera los pone (eso no importaria, porque éramos clientes por la sazón y las buenas porciones de años anteriores) aunque en los últimos años decayó teníamos la esperanza que se recuperará pero ya no regresaremos...no olviden preguntar si su jarra de agua es natural o de sobre con endulzante artificial.
