The prices are superb considering the zone its located in. We went in downtime so the service was excellent, I can't say how it is when its busy. The food was typical food of the state and very good. The coffee is great.

We stopped in and had the fixed price lunch. The soup, plata fuerte and postre were all tasty and well presented. A drink was also included. Serve was attentive and very good.

Not sure how this place gets so many great reviews, but we did not care for it. We went there on a Sunday, and had their buffet (the only thing they offered that day) for about 150 pesos (about $6.50 USD). For a cafe, they had pretty mediocre coffee, but they did have pretty good orange juice. The buffet offerings were not much better than the coffee, and nothing was very hot, which made me worry about food safety, since everything seemed to be in that lukewarm danger zone. The menudo tasted like it would have been good if hot, as did the pork. Otherwise, it was all pretty bad. The service was OK, but considering there were four staff with about as many occupied tables, I would have preferred not to have to ask for coffee refills. All in all, I would skip this place, at least when they have the buffet.
