De qué sirven millones de dólares en infraestructura cuando el servicio es tan pero tan deficiente?? ? Honestamente hay mejores hoteles, menos lujosos pero perfectos para una grata experiencia. Yo no regresaría a este hotel por muchos “diamantes” que pueda tener. - No pueden ocupar una mesa “por proceso” - No podemos hacer el ceviche con camarón cocido porque nos tardamos. - No hay cerveza sin alcohol. - No facturamos habitación. Sólo consumos. - No podemos pedir las maletas hasta que estén en la habitación. - No hay un bellboy que te entregue las maletas (literal llamamos casi a las 2 de la mañana para que alguien nos hiciera caso). ¿ Ganas de regresar ? CERO

Very well maintained and relaxing place.

Prepare yourself for a very elitist place, poor service, very expensive food, zero flexibility, people may lie to you about what you could do only to be later told that you can't, even it they promise you or confirm to you, feedback stops at the supervisor and doesn't get to the right people. Low maintenance (cold water in pools, many power outages during our stay, broken kitchen exhaust, fridge froze up everything, roof was leaking, lazy river stopped working for 3 days). Super slow clerks at check in (never seen that in any other hotel). Cleaning staff not wearing mask correctly So many bad things about our past experience and not only from one person but from multiple individuals across the resort. But if you go into the Grand Bliss or Luxe section, oh boy they treat you right and charming. Money talks after all even when we paid a lot for our reservation. I'm never coming here again. BTW, they are making the resort a can't go out place, spend all your money here with expensive restaurants and food or walk miles to get to a taxi for you to enjoy the real Vallarta.

I have been coming here since it was first built. Been here three week this time. Just a few thoughts. Lots of noise if your room faces the inside, no matter how high, it echoes 24/7. There seems to be a shortage of wash cloths and hand towels. You get one or the other, not both . Our maid is wonderful, Marisol, gonna get a big tip.And their cleanings/Covid precautions seem to be top notch.

Loved going down this lazy river with my friends. Great addition to the resort. Some little waterfall areas to make it exciting down the winding water path.
