I have been a client of Green Corner for years (mainly the Condesa branch) and I have reviewed on other occasions that it is worth buying from this chain. But now I come with a complaint regarding a San Jerónimo branch delivery order. A few days ago, for the first time, I placed an order at home and it was the San Jerónimo branch who supplied me. Being a frequent customer of this chain, I trust them and I did not check my box of products, I only received it and said goodbye to the delivery man. And about an hour after I start putting away my products, I realize that two products were missing (from the refrigerator and the most expensive part of my order). I called the branch and they solved it for me later, telling me that the delivery man would take it, and if he did, but more than an hour later. Well, I said that we can all have forgetfulness, it wasn't to get angry and I didn't. The next day when I open a box of eggs to make my breakfast, I realize that 4 broken eggs were coming! so I open the other box of eggs (ordered two boxes) and there were also 2 broken eggs, as a result 6 eggs were wasted (half a box). That's it I didn't like it anymore. That's why I'm doing this review, so you can check your products before the delivery guy leaves (I say this in case you need the product at that time or are going to leave home and don't have time to wait for the delivery guy again). And also for The Green Corner to clarify that it is not responsible if fragile products arrive broken, or that it tells its delivery people to be very careful when carrying fragile products. Oh, in addition to the fact that the delivery man spoke to me when I was choosing my fruit to tell him that he did not complete the apples that I had ordered, that if I combined them with others, that was not a big problem for me either because they were apples after all. (yellow with red). I don't like to order at home because for me it's important to choose my own fruit and vegetables, but to save on Uber I tried Green Corner's home delivery service for the first time and it wasn't a good experience: since there weren't any of my apples of the order until the forgetfulness of two products going through the broken eggs. I will continue to shop at The Green Corner but will continue to go in person to avoid this earlier disappointment. That's why I put 3 stars.

I love that it is always stocked and the attention is professional and with a lot of human quality. When something is missing they always get it for you. Excellent location, accessible and with parking. highly recommended
