Awful directions, awful communication, dirty, AC didn’t work 100%, broken door. Absolutely do not recommend. Steer clear!

We came looking forward to a peaceful getaway. Instead we found a remote location surrounded by construction and trash. Dogs barked outside our window all night, and hammer-on-stone construction began outside with window (with zero sound proofing) at 6am. We got no sleep. To make matters worse, our ground-floor unit had a large, unobstructed bedroom window facing the common wall space — I guess you’re not supposed to mind people seeing you clear as day when you’re sleeping? The scenario was so bad we left before the end of our trip and requested a partial refund which the host refused to provide despite our absence and prior frustration. We never saw the host. Book at your own risk :(

This place is completely misrepresented on the Airbnb. You get an idea from the pictures that it's a luxury accommodation with beautiful amenities. In reality, everything is replaced with a cheaper version - plastic hangers, cheap shampoo, no kitchen equipment. But the biggest lie is that on the pictures the place appears like a sun-filled Caribbean getaway. In reality, the place has no natural sunlight coming in as it's surrounded by stone walls and there are very few windows. It literally feels like you are underground. There could be a beautiful sunny day outside but you wouldn't know. The lighting is another issue. All the lights are stadium -bright LEDs that blind you. You can't turn them on comfortably - my boyfriend and I bought candles to somehow have some light at night. And the host won't listen an is rude. Don't stay here ever!!!
