★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despues de algunos meses de no haber ido por temas de contingencia regreso al lugar y me encuentro con una muy mala experiencia, destacando:
-El lugar se encuentra en mal estado, mal olor y falta de limpieza en el local
-Anteriormente ofrecían al menos una botella de agua como cortesía, ahora ya ni eso
-En plena contingencia no tienen ninguna medida de sanidad para el equipo que está en contacto directo con las manos del barbero y cara de los clientes
-No aplicaron el lavado de cabello previo al corte como anteriormente lo hacían
-El corte de cabello fue de baja calidad, no se alcanza a percibir el detalle de un buen desvanecido en el cabello. En general no se ve que usen alguna tecnica que destaque el corte, lo hacen muy rapido y poco detallado. No hacen lavado de cabello despues del corte, no retiran el exceso de cabello con la secadora, no aplican ningun producto para estilizar el cabello, ni siquiera se ofrecen a estilizar tu cabello
-Para el corte de barba no se hace el trabajo a detalle, no aplican productos para no irritar la piel despues de usar navaja. En la parte del bigote de plano no hubo detalle para cortar, no se uso tijera unicamente se uso la maquina a medias.
En general fue una muy mala experiencia que no repetiría. Simplemente a buscar mejores opciones donde si se preocupen por dar un excelente servicio a sus clientes.
After a few months of not having gone due to contingency issues, I return to the place and I find myself with a very bad experience, highlighting:
-The place is in poor condition, bad smell and lack of cleanliness in the premises
-Previously they offered at least one bottle of water as a courtesy, now not even that
-In full contingency they do not have any health measures for the equipment that is in direct contact with the hands of the barber and the face of the clients
-They did not apply the hair wash prior to cutting as they previously did
-The haircut was of low quality, it is not possible to perceive the detail of a good fade in the hair. In general it is not seen that they use any technique that highlights the cut, they do it very fast and not very detailed. They do not wash hair after cutting, they do not remove excess hair with the dryer, they do not apply any product to style the hair, they do not even offer to style your hair
-For beard trimming, the work is not done in detail, no products are applied so as not to irritate the skin after using a razor. In the part of the flat mustache there was no detail to cut, scissors were not used, only the machine was used halfway.
Overall it was a very bad experience that I would not repeat. Simply to find better options where they do care about providing excellent service to their customers.
