★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si tienen variedad, pero nada de tacto con sus animales, un tipo aventaba a los cuyos mientras los contabilizaba, tienen a los Bettas encerrados en bolsas muy pequeñas con nudo y amontonados en una cubeta, la mayoría de los empleados si no es que todos estaban sin cubrebocas y parecían no tener conocimiento alguno sobre sus animales y productos, el tipo de la caja pedante y apresuraba a salir porque ya iban a cerrar, eso es lo menos importante pero lo que importa es que si van a lucrar con animales que los tengan en condiciones favorables
They do have variety, but no tact with their animals, one guy was throwing the ones while he counted them, they have the Bettas locked up in very small knotted bags and piled in a bucket, most if not all of the employees were without face masks and they seemed to have no knowledge about their animals and products, the guy with the pedant box and hurried out because they were going to close, that's the least important thing but what matters is that if they are going to profit from animals that have them under favorable conditions

Lo imperdonable es la falta de higiene y limpieza del lugar, ni hablar de la manera tan morbosa y enfermiza de tener a los animalitos, unos contra todos en jaulas pequeñas, las tortugas dentro de un bote como si se tratara de piedras, no les dan mantenimiento a ninguna jaula, huele muy feo el lugar desde que entras, pésima atención por parte del personal, unos se molestan si les pides información sobre precios porque están platicando con el compañero, pero lo tienes que preguntar porque nada tiene etiqueta de precios o están marcados con error. El lugar debería llamarse "El Hamster Infeliz" porque no creo que los animalitos sean felices en ese cochinero. No vuelvo a ese lugar. Ya encontraré otra opción.
I needed an accessory for my pet, luckily I found it. The unforgivable thing is the lack of hygiene and cleanliness of the place, not to mention the morbid and sickly way of keeping the little animals, one against the other in small cages, the turtles inside a boat as if they were stones, they do not give them maintenance to any cage, the place smells very bad from the moment you enter, terrible attention from the staff, some get upset if you ask them for information about prices because they are talking with the colleague, but you have to ask because nothing has a price tag or they are marked with error. The place should be called "The Unhappy Hamster" because I don't think the little animals are happy in that piggy. I'm not going back to that place. I'll find another option.
