El 17 de abril de 2004, el restaurante La Langosta Feliz abre sus puertas al público.El Sr. Cueto, después de más de 40 años en el ramo hotelero y restaurantero decide independizarse e iniciar su propio negocio.
La Langosta Feliz es un restaurante 100% familiar, con una vista hermosa a las montañas y cascadas, cuenta con música en vivo ambientado por tríos y mariachis que alegran la tarde, un trato especial en su servicio a sus comensales y se preocupa por tener la necesidad de cada uno.
Hoy con tan solo 15 años de haber iniciado, es un restaurante a nivel nacional e internacionalmente conocido.
Cuenta con certificado de excelencia 2019 por Tripadvisor (página web internacionalmente conocida por viajeros del mundo, donde cada uno de ellos sube sus comentarios y sugerencias a cerca de los lugares que visitan).
Contamos con una gran variedad de platillos del mar y tierra, preparados con calidad y sazón por sus chefs. Cabe mencionar que la mayoría de nuestros platillos están preparados con una salsa italiana, receta de la casa, entre estos están los reconocidos taquitos de jaiba, que no te puedes ir sin haber probado, la sopa de mariscos, sopa de langostino y camarón, cazuela de mariscos a la diabla, crema de langosta y camarón, entre otros más. La especialidad de la casa es la langosta y la cola de langosta preparada a tu gusto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to this place for years and I've always loved it. Beautiful views and wonderful service. I love the salsa (warning it's hot) as well as the margaritas and seafood casserole. Also while they are best known for seafood, I tried my fiancee's filet mignon and it was fantastic. I truly recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. Drinks were good. We had the lobster and it was a good portion. Ceviche was good too. Our taxi recommend this place. We sat next to the Lobster statue on the second floor. :p Good for large groups or special occasions. Cheers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the food was good, I do not feel it was worth the price considering we had to take a cab to get there. It is not right on the water. The staff was very attentive and helpful with recommendations. Nothing stood out as spectacular, I feel you could get the same meal on the water at the same price without the extra cost of a cab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was absolutely amazing. The quality of their seafood was great and they served rather large portions for surprisingly little money. I had the red snapper, despite it being a bit more expensive in the U.S. it was only ~280 pesos (14 dollars). Plus their desserts were to die for. I hope to go again next time I am in Puerto Vallarta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was really delicious, and the ambiance is wonderful. The service was also very good. The only downside was that the food is very heavy on the garlic, so if you are not a huge fan of garlic then you should probably request they leave it off.
