Tool department not good!!

They cheerfully tried to help but failed to find tge screw I needed.

Nice place. Really nice prices. Better than other stores in the area.

The only thing l did not like was home depot don't have a good policy and don't guarantee the customers with return items like the Home depot in the United States. Also l bought a tile box with 5 floor tiles missing and did not discounted for missing pieces and it was the last box. I really needed to buy the last box to finish are project. Therefore l had to buy the box and was frustrated cause did not satisfied customer. Also l had bought two bags of pasta blanca color (Junta pasta Bianca chocolate) 5kg Unsanded Grout and Home Depot did not wanted to exchange for different color. I know if l where to buy this at home depot in the United States l would had not have any problems with any of the above. I will not recommend Home depot

Very nice, but some item's about Christmas, is very expensive.

The worst home depot I have been in. The worst customer service ever. The employees make you feel worthless. The price match is a joke. It's only a gimmick. Spoke with a manager, edgar, regarding my issues and nothing was done. Tried calling the customer service number but recieved no help. They send me back to the store.

The worse customer service ever, i asked to speak with the store manager RAUL and he was very rude as well. I explained to him in a professional way that i also am a store manager for walmart and that his staff would not help , only stand around talking . He told me to leave his store. I stated he should as a professional take constructive criticism to provide better customer service. He got very defensive and agaij asked me to leave his storem

A dictator runs this place. His name is Raul. OUR President said no mask mandates. The minister of health dismantled the stop light system for wuhan flu system because they have said its the seasonal flu consideringfl for the last 8 weeks the whole country is green. However the manager of this store thinks it's his own store, like he built and paid for it. As of May 3rd 2022 he limits the quantity of customers in store at one time. He demands and will argue with you if you don't wear a mask to his liking. You have to get your temp taken and then they spray unknown chemicals on your hands. If you can buy your products elsewhere until this tyrant is replaced I'd recommend it. Home Depot for some unknown reason keeps this manager around despite his tyranny over us locals
