★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. We ordered furniture and they were scheduled for delivery a week after. That day came and went, no delivery, no message from them. We tried to call but nobody answers. Finally, we managed to get hold of someone that told us the delivery date was postponed a week. That day came and went, still no message from them or calls or anything. And still almost impossible to get hold of someone that can tell us anything. I will never order from Home Depot Celaya again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have great service. When I went last night it was packed and full of people. It's usually not crowded but for some reason it was.
I would say that it's one of the best customer service Homedepot has. They treat you well and help you to the best as they can. The only thing I could say is that it's hard at times to obtain someone to help you. They always play as they are busy to help or they take their time to help you out even if you press the "Help" button. They come turn it off and they just tell you that someone will come in a minute and they take a while. I would say that one time it took almost 30 minutes for someone to come and help me do a work order some doors.
But once they someone arrived, they have a great service.
