★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ni tan socialmente responsable, llevo más de 2 meses esperando una devolución de una compra en línea y hasta el momento no veo el dinero reflejado en mi cuenta, solo me piden estado de cuenta y que de 24 a 72 horas me dan respuesta y cada llamada siempre es lo mismo, y que finanzas no le resuelve, ya son más de 2 meses y sigo en lo mismo...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una empesa socialmente RESPONSABLE, asume su responsabilidad cuando tarda más de 3 meses en entregar un producto por garantia que fallo cuando no se uso ni 10 veces.
De verdad no entiendo como una empresa tan grande tenga tan pesimo servicio, el hecho de que no te puedan dar solución TANTAS PERSONAS, es increible.
A socially RESPONSIBLE company, assumes its responsibility when it takes more than 3 months to deliver a product due to a guarantee that fails when it is not used even 10 times.
I really don't understand how such a large company has such a terrible service, the fact that SO MANY PEOPLE can't give you a solution is incredible.
