★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es uno de los pocos lugares en la CDMX que graban bolígrafos y cuenta con servicio de entrega a domicilio por un costo extra, son súper eficientes y de entrega el dia hábil siguiente dentro de la CDMX. Tienen muy buen servicio, son muy amables y eficientes, elaboran trabajos de grabado de gran calidad y buen costo, tienen amplia variedad de productos de escritura (bolígrafos, roller, plumas finas) .
Si ya cuentas con tu producto puedes llevarlo,dejarlo con toda la confianza para que lo personalicen y lo entreguen y te mantienen al tanto del estado de tu servicio, desde que lo realizan hasta que lo entregan, súper confiable!!!!
No cuenta con estacionamiento propio pero hay estacionamiento publico frente a él, sobre insurgentes o puedes estacionarte en las calles aledañas, está ubicado casi esquina Nuevo León e Insurgentes.uy bien lugar

It does not have its own parking but there is public parking in front of it, on insurgents or you can park in the surrounding streets, it is located almost on the corner of Nuevo León and Insurgentes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar sin estacionamiento. Presupuestos estratosféricos con tiempos de espera de 15 a 20 días. Ya han pasado 25 días y llamo para preguntar, me responde una persona que no sabe tratar clientes para decirme que YO NO HE AUTORIZADO LA REPARACIÓN y que mi pluma sigue tal cual la llevé. Ni se paren por ahí.
Place without parking. Stratospheric budgets with waiting times of 15 to 20 days. 25 days have passed and I call to ask, a person who does not know how to treat clients responds to tell me that I HAVE NOT AUTHORIZED THE REPAIR and that my pen is still as I took it. Don't even stop there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de salir de este establecimiento , pregunte si vendían una punta de una pluma fuente ( de cualquier marca ) no las manejan, la señorita de muy mala cara, muy mal trato, no dan sugerencias, no ayudan en nada, pésimo trato al cliente, que le dije solo quería comprar me abre la puerta por favor y me retire ( si la única forma era comprando un pluma con un buen servicio lo hubiera logrado )
I just left this establishment, ask if they sold a tip of a fountain pen (of any brand) they don't handle them, the lady with a very bad face, very bad treatment, they don't give suggestions, they don't help at all, lousy customer service, I told him I just wanted to buy, please open the door for me and leave (if the only way was to buy a pen with good service, I would have made it)

Pros:
Graban plumas (es un regalo ideal para recién graduados darles una pluma que traiga su nombre grabado "Lic. Juan Pérez").
Es un lugar céntrico.
Tienen plumas de varios precios.
Cons:
No hay estacionamiento.
Es un lugar un poco pequeño si al mismo tiempo llegan más clientes.
Conclusión:
Buena opción para adquirir una pluma fina y/o personalizada.
