Primero, la mujer que nos atendió estaba de malas (se notaba a leguas); después, el “capuchino de amaretto” y el “ice latte” sabían a agua con “leche en polvo”. No sé si es la sucursal, pero me hace pensar que a la marca no le importan los clientes.
I was so looking forward to pleasing my girlfriend with a coffee and we ended up totally disappointed. First, the woman who attended us was in bad shape (you could tell from miles away); later, the “amaretto cappuccino” and the “ice latte” tasted like water with “powdered milk”. I don't know if it's the branch, but it makes me think that the brand doesn't care about customers.

He ido a otras sucursales y todo excelente pero esta cada vez deplorable el servicio. ?
Lastima.
