★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a visitar esta cafetería para un reunión de trabajo y la mesera volvió un poco incómoda la reunión con su pésima actitud, parece que odia la vida y aparte de todo pegada en su celular, al pedirle cualquier cosa parecía que era molestia para ella cuando se supone que su trabajo es todo lo contrario, pésima experiencia, espero que alguien se de cuenta y cambien de personal o sin afán de que corran a alguien que le bajen quince rayitas a su malísima actitud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí a hacer una compra y pedí un frappé la chica que me atendió me dijo que si le ponían pana ( Chantilly) y chispas de chocolate tendría un costo adicional al decirle que en la carta no estipulaba ningún cobro extra salvó el cambio de leche me dijo que si lo quería como en la foto me costaría más, accedí y me cobraron pero no le dieron ticket, cuando pedí mi ticket se tardó un poco ya que apenas género el consumó y me devolvió lo que me estaba cobrando de más. Al descubrir a las chicas me miraron muy retadoras y muy feo y pues les ruego si llegan a ir exijan su ticket no se vale que allá gente abusona y deshonesta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like their coffee and wifi.. I don't like the fact that they are out of stock of many of the menu items. This happens all the time. I stopped going to this location due to its unpredictable menu. There are plenty of great coffee shops in QRO to offer a below average experience. Wish it was better.
Edit: 2 years later, still the same experience but with worse performing wait-staff....Coffee quality here not so consistent, not sure how that happens in a chain store. Try the Italian Coffee Company at Plaza del Parque. Much better experience.
