★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es muy bonito, y acogedor, lo qye venden es rico, pero cabe mencionar que en todas las ocaciones que hemos pedido paninos, no hay, entonces para que pones en la carta un producto que no tienes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sé que harían los dueños de la franquicia original, al ver el pésimo servicio de está sucursal. El inmobiliario está en pésimo estado. Fui y prácticamente me vendieron lo que quisieron ya que no tenían casi nada de la carta, además se tardaron muchísimo en entregar lo que pedí. Al final no sabían sacar la cuenta del sistema. Y si quieres pagar con tarjeta, te quieren cobrar en 4.5% de comisión, un total robo en proporción al servicio.

I went and they practically sold me what they wanted since they had almost nothing of the letter, they also took a long time to deliver what I asked for. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de sucursal, mejor vayan a otros cafés locales. Nos dieron una taza sucia, tenía lapiz labial marcado ???? ¡En plena pandemia! ? Lo comentamos tranquilamente y todavía se molestaron, pedimos la cuenta y nos la aventaron. Nos fuimos en ese momento y no se disculparon.
Además no tenían nada del menú de postres, solo un chocoflan. Muy mala la administración, hace unos años era muy buen lugar, pero hoy en día ya no volvemos. ? Hay mejores lugares en Huauchinango, más ricos y a mejores precios, y sobre todo con higiene básica.
Terrible branch service, better go to other local cafes. They gave us a dirty cup, it had marked lipstick ???? In the middle of a pandemic! ? We discussed it quietly and they still got upset, we asked for the bill and they threw it at us. We left at that point and they didn't apologize.
Also they didn't have anything from the dessert menu, just a chocoflan. Very bad management, a few years ago it was a very good place, but today we don't go back. ? There are better places in Huauchinango, richer and at better prices, and above all with basic hygiene.
