★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dejan en claro las medidas sanitarias de la pandemia, no avisan con tiempo a que hora cerrarán (cierran a las 8:30 pm y en maps dice 11 pm). No hay donde cargar un dispositivo electrónico y no está rico el cheesecake de frambuesa. No lo recomiendo, no volvería.
 They do not make clear the sanitary measures of the pandemic, they do not give advance notice of what time they will close (they close at 8:30 pm and on maps it says 11 pm). There is no where to charge an electronic device and the raspberry cheesecake is not delicious. I do not recommend it, I would not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte del personal, llego y me dice que si tiene servicio le pido un cafe que no que ese no lo tienen le pido otro que tampoco al final me dijo tampoco tengo crema batida, me hubiera dicho mejor que no tenían servicio.
Terrible service by the staff, I arrive and they tell me that if they have service I'll ask for a coffee that they don't have, I'll ask for another one that they don't have either at the end they told me I don't have whipped cream either, they would have told me better that they didn't have service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre está vacío, porque según los empleados no te dejan tomar café adentro ni aunque llueva por el covid, la verdad es que son flojos y para no tener que limpiar y trabajar más, jamás te dejan consumir dentro de el local todo solo para llevar y la terraza que tiene al frente
El servicio es malo así como su actitud
Los baños no están muy limpios ni con la sanitización necesaria
Las mesas y sillas de la terraza les urge un muy buen mantenimiento, lucen viejas y sobre todo sucias y descuidadas, en fin toda la sucursal luce muy mal y eso lo transmiten también la mala actitud de los empleados, pero la verdad no todos son así, en contadas ocasiones llegas por un café y te topas con otros peores.
Esta unidad no deja de sorprenderme, hasta en la calidad de la presentación ya dista mucho de los estándares de calidad y servicio que esta cadena solía tener

The service is bad as well as their attitude
The bathrooms are not very clean or with the necessary sanitization
The tables and chairs on the terrace need very good maintenance, they look old and above all dirty and neglected, in short, the whole branch looks very bad and that is also transmitted by the bad attitude of the employees, but the truth is that not all of them are like that , on rare occasions you arrive for a coffee and you run into worse ones.
This unit never ceases to amaze me, even in the quality of the presentation, it is already far from the standards of quality and service that this chain used to have.
