Los paninos son muy ricos, y el café capuchino también, pero ha decaido mucho en cuestiones de limpieza y atención. La última vez tardaron más de media hora en traerme un café, y para cuando me trajeron el pastel que pedí, ya no tenía café, las mesas y el suelo están descuidados en cuanto a higiene.
The paninos are very rich, and the cappuccino coffee too, but it has fallen a lot in terms of cleanliness and attention. The last time they took more than half an hour to bring me a coffee, and by the time they brought me the cake I ordered, I no longer had coffee, the tables and the floor are neglected in terms of hygiene.

Las bebidas que pedimos estaban muy bien preparadas y sabrosas pero siento que no les vendría mal agregar nuevas al menú, ya que hay muy poca variedad. El lugar está muy limpio y los precios que manejan no son altos, la verdad pensé que estarían más caros. La chica que nos atendió fue muy atenta. Son rápidos al atender pero lentos al cobrar.
The drinks we ordered were very well prepared and tasty but I feel that it would not hurt to add new ones to the menu, as there is very little variety. The place is very clean and the prices they handle are not high, I really thought they would be more expensive. The girl who treated us was very attentive. They are quick to attend but slow to charge.

Excelentes precisós, excelente personal, excelente café, excelente servicio, excelente música, excelente establecimiento es muy acogedor.

En horarios de cierfe en google dice que abierto y llegamos ala sucursal sendero y ya tenian sin servicio 9:05 pm y sumado a eso el personal muy despota y poco servicial
At closing hours in google it says that it is open and we arrived at the path branch and they already had no service at 9:05 pm and added to that the staff was very despotic and unhelpful

Los meseros (los que atienden) son irrespetuosos burlandose de un chavo solo por su vestimenta les comentamos a ellos que no nos parecia lo que estaban haciendo y se molestaron. QUE FALTA DE SERIEDAD DAN AL LUGAR!
The waiters (those who serve) are disrespectful, making fun of a guy just because of his clothes, we told them that we didn't think what they were doing and they got upset. WHAT LACK OF SERIOUSNESS THEY GIVE THE PLACE!

El café es delicioso, los empleados atienden bien y la tienda está limpia. Tienen todas las medidas para poder entrar a la tienda, y siempre huele muy rico. Aunque el café es caro, vale la pena por un rato de descanso dentro de la tienda.

Pedí un café y la empleada me pedía 4 pesos, porque "no tenían feria" al ver mi negativa se molestó y me dejó en espera, sin mucha explicación, después llegó otro empleado y me dió mi feria incompleta sin decir absolutamente nada. Al revisar yo la feria, veo que me falta dinero y pido una explicación. El empleado me dicen que están teniendo problemas con la feria. Entonces yo ofrezco esperarme a qué resuelvan su problema. Después de unos minutos vuelvo a la caja y pregunto si ya tienen mi feria. La empleada molesta me repite que no tienen y entonces el empleado molesto abre la caja, saca monedas y me da un peso de más con mi feria. Yo confundida me retiro sin animarme a preguntar nada u ofrecer regresar la moneda extra... Cabe mencionar que eran las 5pm y tenían suficientes clientes, (cómo para no tener feria) Es una pena que cadenas de tal renombre no inviertan en educación hacia sus empleados de trato al cliente, solución de problemas (cómo el de la feria) o estrategias de ventas. Con ése tipo de experiencias, no dan ganas de regresar a un lugar así por un café
I asked for a coffee and the employee asked me for 4 pesos, because "they didn't have a fair" when she saw my refusal she got upset and left me waiting, without much explanation, then another employee arrived and gave me my incomplete fair without saying anything at all. When I review the fair, I see that I lack money and ask for an explanation. The clerk tell me that they are having problems with the fair. Then I offer to wait for them to solve their problem. After a few minutes I go back to the register and ask if they already have my fair. The annoyed employee repeats that they don't have any and then the annoyed employee opens the box, takes out coins and gives me an extra peso with my fair. Confused, I leave without daring to ask anything or offer to return the extra currency... It is worth mentioning that it was 5pm and they had enough customers, (how could they not have a fair) It is a shame that chains of such renown do not invest in education towards their customer service employees, problem solving (like the one at the fair) or sales strategies. With those kinds of experiences, they don't make you want to go back to a place like that for a coffee.
