★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La crema batida muy aguada y si le haces un comentario al respecto se molestan, además la última vez, de demoraron más de 15 minutos en entregar un frape y no había más de 5 personas.
The whipped cream is very watery and if you make a comment about it they get upset, also last time, it took more than 15 minutes to deliver a frape and there were no more than 5 people.

No tuve opción de elegir si quería atiborrarme de plásticos u ocupar materiales retornables. Dije: para tomar aquí, sin popote y sin cuchara. Pero cayó el envase de plástico, con tapa de plástico, con cuchara hundida en el café, con popote abierto hundido en el frappé, con servilletas mojadas y sobres desechables de azucar.
Por desgracia los endulzantes sin fuerza, el sabor del producto reflejó la administración austera. El latte con una espuma simple y la carga de la mañana, servida a media tarde. Por lo menos estaba recalentada.
Menos mal que del frappé y el latte fueron $122 pesos, así recordaré no regresar.
"A disgust"
I did not have the option to choose if I wanted to stuff myself with plastic or occupy returnable materials. I said: to drink here, without a straw and without a spoon. But the plastic container, with a plastic lid, with a spoon sunken in the coffee, with an open straw sunk in the frappé, with wet napkins and disposable sugar sachets, fell.
Unfortunately the sweeteners without strength, the taste of the product reflected the austere administration. The latte with a simple foam and the morning load, served in the middle of the afternoon. At least it was overheated.
Thankfully, the frappé and the latte were $ 122 pesos, so I will remember not to return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una de las primeras cadenas de cafe frappe con muy delicioso sabor y con instalaciones limpias. Personal capacitado aunque si hay que mencionar que hay excepciones. Y si hablamos de precios hay que decirlo honestamente y es caro un agua san benedetto de 500 ml esta en 26 pesos los baguettes igual de caros pero los cafes frios son la leyenda.
It is one of the first chains of coffee frappe with very delicious flavor and clean facilities. Trained staff although it should be mentioned that there are exceptions. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le service est déplorable !! La serveuse ne connaissait pas ses produits, la prise de commande a été un enfer.
Ensuite, il n’y avait plus le gâteau que nous avons commandé alors elle nous a donné une autre saveur sans nous consulter.
Puis, elle a insisté pour qu’on le paye car elle l’avait mis sur la note.
On a aussi commandé un Moka dans lequel il y avait du caramel (on nous a bien sur soutenu que non) ?
En échange, on a pris un café simple pour éviter toute nouvelle mésaventure !

The service is appalling!! The waitress didn't know her products, order taking was hell.
Then there was no more the cake we ordered so she gave us another flavor without consulting us.
Then she insisted that we pay him because she had put it on the bill.
We also ordered a Mocha in which there was caramel (of course we were told not) ?
In exchange, we had a simple coffee to avoid any further mishaps!
To flee !!
