★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me encantó mucho la verdad me lo habían recomendado mucho y aproveché la oportunidad de hacer la parada chipilo para probar , pedir una bebida de chocolate blanco con crema batida y me dieron un vaso de leche con chispas de chocolate blanco , el precio de 60 pesos por un vaso de leche me parece bastante exagerado y aparte el servicio que recibieron mis colegas por parte de las empleadas no fue tan satisfactorio pues no recibieron lo que pidieron, a quienes me lo recomendaron les digo que me lleve una decepción en esta sucursal

Las empleadas están más pendientes del celular que de los clientes, hay que entrar a buscarlas dentro para que atiendan, para que cobren y para que completen la orden, no desinfectan bien las mesas. Da igual el día y la hora a la que vayas el servicio es muy malo, ahora sé porqué nunca tiene gente. De todos los italian que conozco (y son muchos) jamás recibí un servicio tan nefasto como éste (el de Chipilo). Actitud y eficiencia de los empleados muuuuy mejorable.
Good location but bad attention. The employees are more aware of the cell phone than of the clients, you have to go inside to look for them so that they attend, so that they get paid and so that they complete the order, they do not disinfect the tables well. It doesn't matter what day and time you go, the service is very bad, now I know why it never has people. Of all the Italians I know (and there are many) I have never received a service as disastrous as this one (from Chipilo). Attitude and efficiency of the employees very much improved.

No sabían a absolutamente nada, pedí frappés y me dieron leche al tiempo, licuada con nada y en el vaso solo pusieron un poco de Hersheys líquido.
La atención es muy mala también.
No recomiendo nada este lugar.
I am very sorry to leave this rating but my experience was very very bad. I ordered two Italian chocolate frappés and they were terrible!
They didn't taste like anything at all, I asked for frappés and they gave me milk at the same time, blended with nothing and they only put a little liquid Hershey's in the glass.
The attention is very bad too.
I do not recommend this place at all.
