★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad tienen anuncio de que abren las puertas al público a las 7 y siendo sincero abrieron despues de 7:30 la cajera o vendedora con su mal cara la verdad muy mal servicio hasta que llegó el dueño fue como cambio su cara o carisma eso no es bueno la verdad por esas razónes se pierde a el cliente no me gusto la atención en lugar de ofrecer alguna recomendación solo me comentó aqui tengo el menú creo que deben de capacitar bien a su personal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace algunos años The Italian Coffe Company, era uno de mis cafés preferidos, hace un tiempo, han estado perdiendo calidad. Me encontrado en algunas de sus sucursales que la leche esta hechada a perder, los sanitarios muy sucios y las instalaciones descuidadas en general.
Debo reconocerles que los cafés frape son ¡una delicia!
En esta sucursal en específico, llevan ya mucho tiempo sin permitir que uno tome su café en las instalaciones, toda la venta es para llevar. Depende la empleada que atienda, te deja que te quedes o niegan el consumo en sus instalaciones.
Así que tuve que comprar mi café y buscar un lugar en donde tomarlo, mientras llega la hora de mi cita
A few years ago The Italian Coffee Company, was one of my favorite coffees, a while ago, they have been losing quality. I found in some of its branches that the milk is spoiled, the toilets are very dirty and the facilities are neglected in general.
I must admit that the frappe coffees are a delight!
In this specific branch, they have not allowed you to drink your coffee on the premises for a long time, all sales are to go. It depends on the employee who attends, they let you stay or they deny consumption in their facilities.
So I had to buy my coffee and find a place to drink it, while my appointment time arrives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a few times and I can say that the atmosphere is completely calm, now talking about the coffees and the food, the coffees are absolutely good; It depends on the coffee you choose, it could be extremely sweet, while the food is terribly horrible, because the desserts are dry and absolutely sweet, the food like baguettes are not bad at all, some of them are not really delicious but not horrible either.
Meanwhile the service is good, those who work there are very kind and friendly, so no problem, for the price part, in my opinion it is a bit expensive but the cafes are worth it and speaking of the location it is not very beautiful because it is on the side of the road, so I would recommend buying coffee and not so much the food.
