★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bebidas normales, ya bajaron muchísimo la calidad (como en todos los italian). En la planta baja tienen un pasillo que está agradable y tranquilo, las mesas están a una buena distancia. La atención es buena. El baño de abajo está fatal (desconozco si en planta alta tengan otro) , tienen espacio suficiente para tener uno para hombres y otro para mujeres y sólo hay uno muy pequeño y sucio.
 Normal drinks, the quality has already dropped a lot (as in all Italian). On the ground floor they have a corridor that is nice and quiet, the tables are a good distance apart. Attention is good. The bathroom downstairs is terrible (I don't know if they have another upstairs), they have enough space to have one for men and one for women and there is only one very small and dirty.

Los precios son los mismos pero el servicio es deficiente.
Parece un buen proyecto. Puede mejorar notablemente. Espero que no sea administrado por una persona tacaña porque éso aparenta, en el descuido que muestra la sucursal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar agradable, limpio y con buena ventilación, la atención tanto de la chica de caja como del chico muy buena y amena. Recomiendo preferentemente consumir en la planta baja, ya que en la planta alta existe una especie de escalera que conecta con el local de arriba donde tienen música muy desagradable y a un volumen muy alto, deberían aislar de mejor manera el ruido para no propiciar un ambiente incómodo. El café es relativamente bueno, pero al igual que otros usuarios, me parece absurdo que la panna/crema batida tenga un costo extra apesar de que en su menú colocan los precios con la imagen incluyéndola. Eso se puede llegar a considerar publicidad engañosa. Los controles de llamado a mesa requieren una limpieza constante por ser elementos de contacto directo.
