★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan demasiado en tomarte el pedido, cuando por fin nos atendieron pedimos para llevar, se estaban tardando así que decidimos sentarnos en lo que estaban los cafés porque llevábamos a una persona mayor, de la nada se acercó un mesero (no traía gafete pero es súper chaparro como de 1.10 mts maximo) y le pidió a nuestra familiar de la tercera edad que se levantara de la mesa porque si pedimos para llevar no podemos sentarnos en las mesas, el lugar no estaba lleno pero este jovencito no tiene criterio ni sentido común, encima te entregan el café sin azúcar, sin tapas, no tiene la calidad de esta cadena que he probado en otros sitios, no volvemos, si alguien sabe donde puedo meter la queja formal díganme porque no tienen redes sociales

Si quieres tener una vista libre a los portales o al zócalo es una buena opción.
Recuerda que en los portales es común el ambulantaje.
La limpieza es normal, v podrían mejorar un poco los protocolos para mitigar riesgos por la COVID19.
El servicio es muy bueno, y el sabor cumple con los estándares de "The Italian Coffee".
Los baños podrían mejorar a algo más propicio para un café con bastante clientela.

El único detalle que me causó incomodidad, es el paso a los vendedores ambulantes que fueron 5 en la hora y media que estuve en el lugar, ya que uno llega con la intención de disfrutar el momento y una charla amena con tus acompañantes y los vendedores ambulantes entran e insisten en que les compres o les des dinero.
