★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se le pidió un frappé y nos dieron un café todo aguado que ni hielos ni nada, mi prima comento que le cambiarán u lo hicieron pero el mesero solo huyo de ella en lugar de resolver el problema, el de la barra si hizo el cambio.
Neta avisen si no tienen bien el frappé uno está pagando, no es regalado.
They asked her for a frappé and they gave us a watered down coffee that neither ice nor anything, my cousin commented that they will change her and they did it but the waiter only fled from her instead of solving the problem, the one at the bar did make the change.
Net warn if you do not have the frappe well one is paying, it is not given away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo recomiendo muchísimo, maneja toda la gama de productos de la marca italian Coffee pero el plus es el trato y atención por parte de los muchachos que atienden el lugar. Ojalá y siempre mantengan esta calidad de atención.
I highly recommend it, it handles the entire range of Italian Coffee brand products but the plus is the treatment and attention from the guys who attend the place. Hopefully and always maintain this quality of care.

Gerencia, pongan atención en su personal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo bien solo que tienes que revisar lo que se consume porque un día me tocó un pastel que ya estaba podrido por dentro, tenía lanas blancas. El personal es muy amable.
Everything is fine, except that you have to check what is consumed because one day I had a cake that was already rotten inside, it had white wool. The personnel is very friendly.

El pay de queso no fue muy de mi agrado, y solo tenía pan de queso y elote, les falta más variedad en los postres. Las bebidas calientes estaban tibias. El pánico que pedi estaba duro en partes el pan. Les falta mejorar más el servicio para que tengan más ventas. Lo que me gusto fue el detalle de los dibujos en las bebidas.
The girl who attended was very slow, even though after 3 employees rushed to get the service faster. The cheese pie was not very to my liking, and I only had cheese bread and corn, they lack more variety in the desserts. The hot drinks were lukewarm. The panic I ordered was stale in parts the bread. They need to improve the service more so that they have more sales. What I liked was the detail of the drawings on the drinks.
