★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, el lugar esta muy descuidado, el ambiente dentro no es agradable y no se ve que tengan una buena limpieza, el servicio es malo además de que las bebidas no tienen sabor, solo te entregan leche con mucha espuma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones requieren mantenimiento y hoy por ejemplo no había crema, ojalá pronto mejoren el servicio pues las bebidas no son accesibles para el público en general
The facilities require maintenance and today for example there was no cream, hopefully they will improve the service soon as the drinks are not accessible to the general public

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el café, nos hizo daño, la leche estaba fea, te dan café del que ya tienen ahí preparado de días, los baños super sucios, ni crema batida tienen.. instalaciones sucias y feas. Pésimo todo!!!
Terrible coffee, it hurt us, the milk was ugly, they give you coffee that they have already prepared for days, the bathrooms are super dirty, they don't even have whipped cream... dirty and ugly facilities. Terrible everything!!!

They really have a delicious Frappuccino coffee with cream and sprinkles, what's the magic? Well, their twist on the recipe, however they have very neglected their facilities, hopefully soon they will give them a remodeled one and put their magazines! Greetings

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es sin duda un establecimiento que pertenece a una gran franquicia de café que debería tener regulado cada establecimiento con los mismos estándares de calidad y servicio, en este caso no fue muy agradable la experiencia puesto que elegíamos en primera instancia en un segundo piso que nos hicieron bajar puesto que nos argumentaban que estaban cerrando el espacio pero nunca vimos que cerraran en realidad, solo que no querían subir las escaleras, la atención en el trato fue buena pero el modo de servir pésimo ya que pedimos para consumir en el local pero nos sirvieron en desechables para llevar. El mobiliario ya gastado por el uso, falta de decoración para darle vida al lugar y ser mas agradable para la estancia.
It is undoubtedly an establishment that belongs to a large coffee franchise that should have regulated each establishment with the same standards of quality and service, in this case the experience was not very pleasant since we chose in the first instance on a second floor they made us go down since they argued that they were closing the space but we never saw them close in reality, they just did not want to go up the stairs, the attention in the deal was good but the way of serving lousy since we asked to consume in the local but they served us in disposable to carry. The furniture already spent for the use, lack of decoration to give life to the place and be more pleasant for the stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor quality experience at this particular location on the outskirts of Toluca. Various drink options were not available due to a broken machine. The place had a really run down feel and seemingly no investment in the fabric of the interior. Cables hanging from the walls - see pics. Toilets filthy. The whole place very down at heel. Three staff on duty but disconnected from any attempt at making the place better for customers.
