Si uno busca calidad y sabor que antes tuvieron, olvidenlo. Cambian la calidad y la bajaron a niveles abismales, el capuchino frappé sabe a café soluble, el café frío sabe a café comercial (mejor en una tienda de gasolinera para lo que cuesta).
Antes llegaron con gran calidad y sabor estilo italiano pero hoy solo son un triste sabor comercial que no vale el precio de alta calidad que piden.
El servicio es muy bueno y hace que uno piense en no calificar negativamente pero me temo que la empresa no da calidad para mantener un buen comentario.
Yo me abstengo de ayudar negocios con esa actitud al no consumir para ellos.
Este comentario se realiza en 5 de mayo del 2021, no sé que probaron antes pero el sabor es insufrible en este momento; solo les importó el dinero.
Coffee experts and lovers; Abstain !!
If you are looking for quality and flavor that they had before, forget it. They change the quality and lowered it to abysmal levels, the frappe cappuccino tastes like soluble coffee, the cold coffee tastes like commercial coffee (better in a gas station store for what it costs).
Before they arrived with great quality and Italian style flavor but today they are just a sad commercial flavor that is not worth the high quality price they ask for.
The service is very good and makes one think not to rate negatively but I am afraid that the company does not give quality to maintain a good comment.
I refrain from helping businesses with that attitude by not consuming for them.
This comment is made on May 5, 2021, I don't know what they tried before but the taste is unbearable at the moment; they only cared about money.

Hoy 28 de septiembre, un joven de lentes con cabello largo fue extremadamente grosero y déspota con nosotras, tanto que preferimos no comprar nada y nos fuimos. Por ese tipo de vendedores la empresa pierde clientes y ventas. Decepción, no volvemos a venir.
Before my sisters and I were fans of coming, but over time the quality of the staff dropped a lot. Today September 28, a young man with glasses with long hair was extremely rude and despotic to us, so much so that we preferred not to buy anything and we left. Ahora sábado 23 de octubre fui 913pm y ya no tenía crema batida que porque ya había lavado la máquina!!! La página tiene que tiene servicio hasta las 10 de la noche!! Nefasta la persona que atiende en el turno nocturno!! Es un fulano greñudo! Ojalá pueda hablar con el gerente o el encargado....
Terrible the night manager !! I went last week at 940 pm and he did not let me pass ... Now Saturday October 23 I was 913 pm and I no longer had whipped cream because I had already washed the machine !!! The page has to have service until 10 at night !! The person who attends the night shift is disastrous! He's a shaggy guy! Hopefully I can speak to the manager or the attendant ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hace 2 semanas y me dijeron que no había crema batida por que no servia la máquina y no compre nada, regrese ayer y me dijeron que aún no habían arreglado la maquina de crema batida y tampoco pude comprar nada, el día de hoy me dijeron que el cafe frio aún no estaba listo por que lo acababan de meter a la máquina, y ya eran la 1:20 pm, si ya no quieren atender bien mejor que cierren.

Pero en esta ubicación, nunca tienen nada, si no es que no tienen cafés fríos, no hay crema batida, no hay chispas de chocolate, no hay servilletas, cucharas y para colmo la chica que atiende ya le vale y sin cubrebocas!! Qué onda con los encargados!?!?!?
The coffee as in all Italian Coffee, rich. But in this location, they never have anything, if they don't have cold coffees, no whipped cream, no chocolate chips, no napkins, no spoons and to top it off the girl who attends is worth it and without a mask!! What's up with the managers!?!?!?
