Estuvimos esperando aprox. 15 min a que nos tomaran la orden y ningún mesero se acercó, pedimos nuestras bebidas directo en la caja y mientras esperábamos notamos que había dos mesas vacías pero con el servicio en la mesa sin recoger, toda nuestra estancia estuvo así y aunque los meseros estaban disponibles , nadie limpió las mesas, incluso a lado de nuestra mesa en una ventana había una taza vacía y el café regado en la pared y basura y nadie limpió el área. Hice uso del sanitario y estaba completamente sucio, sin jabón y un papel higiénico mojado
Bad experience. We were waiting approx. 15 min until they took our order and no waiter approached, we ordered our drinks directly at the box and while we waited we noticed that there were two empty tables but with the service at the table without picking up, our entire stay was like this and although the waiters were there available, no one cleaned the tables, even next to our table in a window there was an empty cup and coffee spilled on the wall and trash and no one cleaned the area. I used the toilet and it was completely dirty, without soap and a wet toilet paper
