★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen lugar para entrenar, tiene muy buenos aparatos, sin embargo me trató mal el entrenador le comenté porque no me gustó y luego trate de hacer las pases y me trató más mal.
En lo que respecta a instalaciones está súper bien, son profesionales en lo que enseñan y justo por eso debes tomarlo en serio si solo quieres entrenar tu cuerpo como acondicionado físico los entrenamientos de CrossFit son muy buenos, notas cambios en tu cuerpo muy rápido.
It is a good place to train, it has very good equipment, however the coach treated me badly, I told him because I did not like it and then he tried to make the passes and he treated me more badly.
As far as facilities are concerned, it's super good, they're professionals in what they teach and that's exactly why you should take it seriously if you just want to train your body as physical conditioning, CrossFit training is very good, you notice changes in your body very quickly.
