Wow and wow!!! From the rooms to the pool to the workout room. This palace is next level. The staff made me feel like a king!! I felt safe and secure here and loved how it was across the street from the money bar. If anyone is looking to stay here and is second guessing themselves then dont. what a dream vacation! beautiful room with a spectacular view of the setting sun. Across the street from the best snorkeling and the Money Bar. Top that with a staff that bent over to make sure we were comfortable. And the best test? We'll be back later this year.

The apartments are huge, we had a kitchen, a dinning table, sofas, two rooms with each its own full bathroom and a bathroom in the place. The people attending are so nice, the place has a pool a gym and many other amenities that we haven't fully exploded (I'm writting this review being still a guest) I'm really loving this place and it's so much cheaper than a hotel. I haven't been to the restaurant but I'm sure everything is going to be as amazing as it has been

Excellent place! We got a great deal on a large high quality room and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back it was very quiet and relaxing there. It is not all inclusive but there is a restaurant/bar directly across the street that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner and even delivers the the resort plus taxi's are readily available and super cheap. The Landmark for the win!!

We just spent a week at the Landmark in Cozumel and would highly recommend it. We were in room 610. The decor, bedding, kitchen were all 5 star - gorgeous and comfortable. We had a huge patio and ocean views from almost every room. The service at the front desk was impeccable - very kind and thoughtful people who go above and beyond to help you enjoy your trip. The pool is beautiful and not crowded, but the weather was a bit chilly do we only used the hot tub. The hot tub was large and kept very hot which was our favorite part about the Landmark - so many hotels keep the hot tub too cold for little kids. We set up a charge account at the Money Bar across the street and had drinks delivered after a day of diving to the hot tub. The location is about a 15 minute cab ride ($6) into town. Overall, it was a great week and we would stay here again.

We were "wowed" this week at the Landmark! We weren't sure what we would find on the heels of two hurricanes, but the ever-present and attentive staff cleaned up every bit of the debris. We relaxed at the pool after our dives and enjoyed good food at The Money Bar across the street. The Concierge was very helpful and her English was strong! Our room was spectacular--all the amenities of a three bedroom, four bath condo complete with a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. Our porch offered lovely views of the ocean. Can't say enough good things! You can't be disappointed.

This was our 5th time to stay at The Landmark Cozumel, and it was great as always. This year we came with a large group of family members and everyone loved it. The building itself is beautiful, with well maintained grounds, pool and immaculate condo's. As always, service was top notch at this Resort. Unfortunately I left half of my suitcase behind when we checked out, Adriana and Sandy had notified me before we even boarded our return flight. We quickly created a fed ex label to have the left-behind clothes mailed to me, and Sandy and Adriana helped coordinate with the local Fed Ex guy in Cozumel. This place is a beautiful and tranquil place to spend your vacation in Cozumel, but it is the excellent service that will have us coming back for years! Thank you again Sandy & Adriana and the entire staff at the Landmark - you rock!

We asked to use the Money Bar pier for scuba pickup since our pier at Fiesta Americana is closed. The Money Bar said we couldn't because the pier belonged to the hotel (which I've been informed it doesn't, as all beaches and piers are maintained by hotels/clubs but belong to the state?). We received permission from the hotel security and the Money Bar staff still wouldn't let us use the pier, even after offering to pay a pier fee. We then tried to have the security person speak to the Club staff but he changed his answer, saying only the Club staff could give permission. We then asked another hotel employee who said the same thing - that the hotel had nothing to do with the pier.
