★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel, rooms big, clean and luxurious. Staff super friendly in the reception as in the restaurant. Food was delicious. Spooky though but I will be back for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charming place in the middle of nowhere . I found this place because I had a detour to the airport nearby and needed to spend the night. Hacienda style with modern details in the room. Really comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend. Dirty and a little creepy. Very noisy right on the side of a busy highway. It's definitely not worth shaving a few minutes off your morning trip to QRO airport. Stay in town and get up a little earlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were clean and spacious, front desk clerk was friendly and spoke English, but it was kind of creepy. It's a huge old colonial fort on a busy highway. I was the only woman there, actually I think I was the only guest there, which felt spooky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked this hotel for it's proximity to the airport as we had an early morning flight after a week in San Miguel. The room was small and dark. The closet contained someone else's suitcase, toiletries, and shoes. Waited in the restaurant while they prepared another room. The facility was run down and I just got a bad vibe about the place. It was not at all like the pictures or reviews claimed. We left and went to a chain hotel in the city. Wanted to give this zero stars but had to pick one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first this place looked nice from the outside and reviews looked promising but once in it looked like a fancy Motel. Then , WiFi reception was not good in room 10 so we asked to be moved and so THEN the A.C unit in that room didn’t work so we asked for the problem to be fixed and this was our solution shown in pics. We just didn’t want to be up and down with our belongings so we settled but I really wouldn’t stay here again on my next visit. The air on this machine was no justice......
