G	Gemma Delgado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hemos ido a esta lavandería por varios años y todo bien, hasta ahora que me decoloraron una chamarra y lo único que me comentó la señorita es que fue por la prenda (es marca guess asi que la calidad es muy buena), También solicité un cambio de cierre y no lo hicieron (ahora tengo que regresar por el pantalón) además de que lo mandaron a tintorería antes y pues con el cambio de cierre va a resultar igual (y obviamente no me lo mandarán a tintorería otra vez), sin embargo fue un error del personal, además de todo esto yo dejé pagado y la señorita me decía que no había pagado y me quería cobrar otra vez! Se que tienen mucha carga de trabajo pero esto no debe ser un pretexto para prestar un servicio decadente! I know you have a lot of workload but this should not be an excuse to provide a decadent service!
