"What a wonderful gift for all of us who live in PV! Thank you, Kelly, for creating such a wonderful environment. I know there were many individuals including myself who had a hunger for an inviting book store in PV that was serene, fresh, and full of well organized reading possibilities - all this plus the opportunity to enjoy the delicious tea, coffee and light food (I am particularly fond of the Dublin Fog, a combination of green tea and vanilla). Last time there I discovered a P. D. James mystery autographed by the author! I always look forward to my next visit."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love this place! It is my favorite hang out. Kelly is super approachable, down to earth and friendly, sit a spell and chat with her, she's a fountain of information. The selection of books is incredible, thousands of books everywhere!!!! I could have walked out with 100 great titles. You must try the delicious selection of tea and coffee .... and the treats, good luck limiting yourself to just one. By the way, if you finish a book take the book to Kelly and she'll recycle it and you don't have to cart it home in your luggage. Kelly's Living Room is easy to find. When you get to the lighthouse turn down the boardwalk (if you end up in the water you turned the wrong way) Guarantee YOU'LL BE BACK!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderfully cute and quiet bookstore and cafe with great wifi. A perfect place to get some work done, buy a book, or just sip a tasty beverage. Right next to a bustling marina - this is a wonder reprieve from the active streets. Highly recommend the smoothies.

The owner is super nice & helped me find a few topics I was looking for & also held a specific book for me until I got there later that day to purchase. It's a very quaint little shop with some seating to sit & read. They also have a small coffee/treat shop in the book store
The lavender lemonade was delicious! And I don't normally like lemonade. Definitely need to try it, there are a few different flavors.
I came to this shop for one particular book & ended up staying for a bit & found a few more books to take home with me.
The shop is at the marina, & it was nice to stop here then afterward take some time to enjoy the marina shops & restaurants.

I got a lemonade since their coffee machine was broken. Found a great book suggested by Kelly. If you're in Marina area, check out this book store. ^_^
