★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar, amplio, elegante y cómodo. Se puede pasar por los hermosos jardines y el club de golf. practicar natación y jugar en la amplia piscina y relajarse en los jacuzzis.
Las recámaras son súper amplias, con camas y almohadas cómodas, una regadera que sale muy bien y tina de hidromasaje personal.
Por su ubicación además del buen clima se puede disfrutar del cielo despejado y noches estrelladas. Adecuado para ir con toda la familia, incluida la mascota (aunque cobran extra). La comida es rica y abundante.
Excellent place, spacious, elegant and comfortable. You can go through the beautiful gardens and the golf club. practice swimming and playing in the large pool and relax in the Jacuzzis.
The bedrooms are super spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows, a shower that works very well and a personal hydromassage tub.
Due to its location, in addition to the good weather, you can enjoy the clear sky and starry nights. Suitable to go with the whole family, including the pet (although they charge extra). The food is rich and abundant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deben de mejorar su atención por vía WhatsApp que manejan en la página del hotel, no contestan hasta la milésima. Debería ser un medio para facilitar la información, no para hacerla cansada.
They must improve their attention via WhatsApp that they handle on the hotel page, they do not answer until the thousandth. It should be a means to facilitate information, not to make it tiresome.

- Wonderful works of the receptionist and the chef(the receptionist opened the gate for us, checked us in and carried our stuffs to our room, the chef took our order, cooked for us and served.
- Clean room and clean golf field.
- Good massage program
- Fun mini-golf field for entertainment(with rent-able carts)
2. WHY NO 3 EXTRA STARS?
- Dirty swimming pool(my husband got skin rashes so we came out)
- Hideous fountain inside the hotel that gives us the creep while we dine
- Not much facility to enjoy. Only golfing.
- Some commodities were not running. Lights kept going out while dining inside the hotel. The fountain at the garden was puddled with dirty water.
-Too many mosquitos. Bug-spray is a must.
- Not enough staffs to run the hotel so everything we asked for took so long to get to us(such as food, towels etc)
3. Overall
- The employer needs to employ more staffs to run the hotel right. Each staffs have too many stuffs to do.
- It's an ok place to go with friends if you love golfing, but not recommendable to stay if you have a young kid(my 4 year old had such a hard time waiting for the food to come out)

Services provided by the team is really good. Golf is available with basic instruments at the hotel. The only negative point is the tennis court that could have lights for evening games. Reduced number of rooms give us the perfect support form hotel team with some exclusivity
