Un lugar exelente para tomar unos días de descanso, muy seguro y tranquilo, los encargados son unas personas muy agradable...

Bellísima casa, súper confortable y la ubicación ideal para ir a la Playa de Puerto Madero, dormí y descansé más que excelente!! Muy recomendable <3

Positive: Safe area, room for parking outside the house.. Negative: You basically rent a room inside a house where other people live. For the same amount of money we had much better accommodations in our trip. The house smells bad and the atmosphere is very cold. Ah. We haven't seen any pool around....

Positive: The self-controlled AC in my room was super, no problems. It was very cold every time I used it. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, The "hosts", Claudio and Janae, were friendly and informative, and added greatly to my overall satisfaction. They were always ready to give me directions, and quite helpful with recommendations whenever I asked. There is a large OXXO convenience store a two minute walk away, and a swimming pool is only a five minute walk from the house.. Negative: The absentee owners live in Mexico City, and they were remiss on several points not given to booking.com. First, there are two (2) #14's on Calle Pelicanos. My taxi took me to the wrong one (in the middle of the street) and I had to haul my luggage all the way to the correct #14, which is the last house at the end of the street. Second, the owners did not inform booking that there is a hidden key outside in case you arrive when no one is there. Third, they show a lovely swimming pool on booking, and one must assume it is located on the property, which it is not. The property is a gated community, and all residents have access to the pool. Finally, Claudio and Janae are not managers or employees. They are permanent residents of the house who will show you to your room, and be helpful with directions and recommendations. They do not make beds or clean rooms. They do not cook for you, do your laundry, or provide any personal services. Be aware that all the aforementioned services are the responsibility of the guest..
