The attention is terrible, very bad if you are not friends with the owner. It is rude, poorly spoken and with little or no tact to deal with the client. I would not return to this place although their products are good, I think in the end, because of the treatment they give you, not the good product you get.

Just to make a 0 recommendation to this place, my sister and I went to that place for the first time since we saw on her Instagram page the photos they publish of her "impeccable" work. The point is that the first time in a few days, my sister completely detached the Gelish from her nail and it was fragile (we thought it was "normal" and we did not give it much importance). THEN WE VISIT A * A SECOND TIME * for the same Gelish foot and builder gel service and ... ON THE THIRD DAY! THE GELISH CAME AWAY FROM IT PLEASE ME !!!! And the worst thing is that my sister sent them a message to guide them on how to remove the Gelish AND THERE WASN'T ANY ANSWER !!!! What you see in the photo was the first day of her Gelish and how my little sister's nail ended. DISGUSTING SERVICE! other than they charge a pretty penny ...

Very bad service and little professionalism. They do not respect the schedule of your appointment and do not offer you an apology for making you wait. It seemed that one of the people who work there or the owner was doing a pedicure service or similar and until they finished it at 7.00pm he offered to move on to one of the two (a friend and I had an appointment at 6.30) . The kindness and attention left much to be desired.

I discovered this place on Instagram and I really liked what I saw. I went three times with my friends to do our nails and finally decided not to return. The attention is very unprofessional. It seems to me that the owners are a mother and her daughter. The mother is very rude and arrogant. He scolded one friend for how he brought his nails and another for being late. He also talks very ugly to his employees. She told one to not ask for pasta because she was fat. It spoiled the experience. Twice of the three that we went we had to wait a long time for them to take care of us even though we had an appointment. And it has some hygiene problems: the towels are stained, there is always acrylic powder and I had to stain the arms of something sticky on one of the tables. It is a pity because they work very well and have very good products, it is one of the places where I have had the best results in nail repairs, but the experience with that lady is very unpleasant. So much that I really recommend not to go only for her.

Most of the people who work in this establishment are annoying/rude, the day I had my appointment they would not stop talking bad about their clients and the way their clients dressed. They mistreated my nail a lot and I hired a Nail Art service and it turned out horrible, nothing to do with the reference image I had sent and for the design (which I couldn't even see) they charged me dearly, too They bragged about how they didn't answer their messages on their platforms because "they didn't want to." Also for talking and making jokes (in bad taste, since it was about clients) they never finished the job and it took longer than it should have. Honestly, I was cured of that place, the people who made the most comments like this It was the owner herself and her daughter, too bad they have those values. Nothing recommended, zero professionals.
