Hicimos un recorrido bastante extenso por toda la Laguna y el caribe mexicano, después hicimos snorkel en el meco donde vimos muchos peces de colores como los de dory!! Y la barrera de coral llena de vida marítima!! Una experiencia inolvidable al igual que su servicio!!! Espero volver las próximas vacaciones!!
A jetskie and snorkel adventure unique in Cancun !! We did a fairly extensive tour of the entire Laguna and the Mexican Caribbean, then we snorkel in the meco where we saw many colorful fish like those of Dory! And the coral barrier full of maritime life! An unforgettable experience as well as your service !!! I hope to return next vacation !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención fue personalizada desde llegamos a la marina, hasta que nos fuimos. Recorrimos toda laguna Nichupte, vimos los manglares y luego nos fuimos al mar para poder llegar a hacer el snorkel en el arrecife, vimos muchos peces y una tortuga también!!
Lo recomiendo!! Lo mejor que se puede hacer en Cancún!!!
The attention was personalized from we arrived at the marina, until we left. We toured the entire Nichupte lagoon, saw the mangroves and then we went to the sea to get to snorkel on the reef, we saw many fish and a turtle too !!
I recommend it!! The best thing to do in Cancun !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked through our travel agent at the resort for a Jet Ski and Snorkeling excursion. We arrived and there was no one there or around and we finally found someone, and she did not speak English and had us wait in their office (I'm assuming) and went to get someone. Their office and whole area is very empty and run down. It was kinda sketchy being there especially without our travel agent or anyone else.
While this was not their fault, we were unaware that the snorkeling tour was in the middle of the ocean, in choppy, large waves. Because of the waves, my daughter lost the googles from her head and we had to pay $40 USD to replace them when we got back.
The tour was about 2 hours long and you were snorkeling for about 15-20 minutes before heading back. The view there and back is very pretty.
I won't be jetsking again, but I know if we were to book one again, it would not be here.
