★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is somewhat new. The small pool is in the back and faces the baseball stadium. The are only a few units occupied and the equipment in the gym is new. It’s not much, but it’s not abused. There is noise, so be aware you are staying on the malecon, of which it’s all noisy. There is construction going on directly to the north that should take awhile.
The beach access is about a block north or south, not directly across the street. Also know, the sun sets further north so you will not see the sun go over the horizon from this property at least in the summer.
