Les cortaron las unas pésimo , al gatito lo dejaron sangrando de una uña.
Lleve sus cepillos y pasta para que les lavaran los dientes y ni siquiera abrieron la bolsita y cuando pregunté me dijeron que si se los habían lavado.
Los entregan sin accesorios aunque uno se tome el tiempo de pedirlo y además no tienen la delicadeza de ponerles nuevamente sus collares. Para el costo del baño y el tiempo que ocupan de verdad que es una ofensa y las mascotas llegan todas estresadas. PÉSIMO!
Terrible service, we left my dog and kitten for a bathroom.
They cut their nails lousy, they left the kitten bleeding from a nail.
I took their brushes and toothpaste to brush their teeth and they didn't even open the bag and when I asked they told me that they had brushed them.
They deliver them without accessories even if you take the time to ask for it and they also don't have the delicacy to put their necklaces back on. For the cost of the bathroom and the time they take, it really is an offense and the pets arrive all stressed. APPALLING!
