As for customer service (in my case) the girl who greets you was super friendly and with a great attitude of service and patience. However, I had a very bad experience in terms of repair quality and cost; for almost 3 thousand pesos they quoted me a screen change, it's a lot of money for what I thought they would put an original screen on me and that's why I made the decision to repair it instead of buying a new one. When I picked it up, it had a generic, lousy screen that feels horrible, crashes all the time, and never worked the same again, there isn't even a fingerprint option anymore. Going again, the repairman confronted me and said that the original cost at least 4,500 because it was "high end" (my cell phone is not even 7 thousand pesos and is almost 3 years old). I understand that your distributors have their prices etc. but I would have liked them to specify that they were going to give me something generic, defective and expensive BEFORE I left it and paid, so that I could make a decision and not spend almost 3 thousand pesos for a crappy screen.

They delivered the same day. Actually a few hours later. They quickly told me what was on the phone. They changed my screen and battery and the truth is that I paid what they charged me elsewhere only for the screen. They treated me perfectly, the girl who received me from the team gave me the diagnosis in minutes without charging me anything. I understand that the adjustment was made by the engineer inside, but the truth is that I was very pleased to see a woman in these areas and answering quite technical questions! I have already recommended them where I can.
