Llevan casi 10 días sin responder, no me han solucionado un problema que tengo con respecto a una fotografía. No contestan por correo, WhatsApp, Facebook o Instagram, marqué directamente y solo me dijeron “no te podemos ayudar, marca al rato”
They have not responded for almost 10 days, they have not solved a problem I have regarding a photograph. They don't answer by mail, WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram, I dialed directly and they only told me "we can't help you, dial later"

Pésimo servicio, dan información falsa. Contratamos su servicio para la exposición de Monet & Friends y no nos dieron lo que estuvieron prometiéndonos a la hora de adquirir nuestra fotografía. Nos dijeron que nos tomarían una foto y que nos la iban dar de manera física (impresa) y también digital, aclaro que el que nos estuvo convenciendo recalcó más de una vez que esta foto en digital iba a ser en resolución completa directo de la cámara, sin ediciones ni marcas de agua. Corroboramos esta información con la persona más de una vez para animarnos y así fue, igual hablamos con una señora en caja para ver cuando nos enviarían esta foto en resolución completa al correo y nos dijo que nos iban a dar un QR para descargarla por medio de la app. Para nuestra sorpresa, la aplicación no sirve, es inútil y está en mantenimiento hasta nuevo aviso. Al momento de contactar al personal por facebook, Instagram, correo y llamada, no nos contestaron por ningún lado, nos metimos a su página de internet para encontrar nuestra foto en calidad bajísima (1200x800 que no es ni una tercera parte de la resolución completa de la cámara) y con dos marcas de agua gigantes por los lados. Mi novio estuvo comentando en facebook sus publicaciones con la esperanza de que lo atendieran y junto con otra señora que también se quejó, fueron bloqueados sin respuesta alguna de la empresa. Solo nos contestaron una llamada, un tal “Eric” de servicio al cliente no pudo solucionarnos el problema y solo nos dijo que “marcáramos después de las 6pm para ver si se podía hacer algo”, marcamos múltiples ocasiones entre 6:00 y 6:15pm y nunca nos volvieron a contestar. Ahora mi novio está bloqueado de sus redes sociales para que no se vean los comentarios de clientes insatisfechos por el pésimo servicio y siguen sin solucionarnos. Estoy pensando en meter a PROFECO en el asunto, si no dan bien la información por lo menos den la cara como la “empresa legal” que son.
Terrible service, they give false information. We hired their service for the Monet & Friends exhibition and they did not give us what they were promising us when purchasing our photograph. They told us that they would take a photo of us and that they would give it to us physically (printed) and also digitally, I clarify that the one who was convincing us stressed more than once that this digital photo was going to be in full resolution directly from the camera , no edits or watermarks. We corroborated this information with the person more than once to cheer us up and that's how it was, we still talked to a lady at the checkout to see when they would send us this photo in full resolution by email and she told us that they were going to give us a QR to download it through the app To our surprise, the app is broken, useless and under maintenance until further notice. At the time of contacting the staff by Facebook, Instagram, mail and call, they did not answer us anywhere, we went to their website to find our photo in very low quality (1200x800 which is not even a third of the full resolution of the camera) and with two giant watermarks on the sides. My boyfriend was commenting on his posts on facebook in the hope that they would attend to him and along with another lady who also complained, they were blocked without any response from the company. They only answered one call, a certain "Eric" from customer service could not solve the problem and only told us to "dial after 6pm to see if anything could be done", we dialed multiple times between 6:00 and 6: 15pm and they never answered us again. Now my boyfriend is blocked from his social networks so that the comments of dissatisfied customers about the terrible service are not seen and they still do not solve us. I am thinking of involving PROFECO in the matter, if they do not give the information well, at least they show their face as the "legal company" that they are.
