★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asistí a un evento en el salón Foresta y buscaba algo cercano para el regreso, este hotel esta ubicado a sólo 4 minutos del salón lo que cual fue ¡Fabuloso!. Otro punto a favor es que aceptan mascotas, y mi dálmata estuvo feliz porque los espacios son muy amplios y tienen un pequeño jardín en el que puede pasear a cualquier hora.
El hotel comparte instalaciones con miles de departamentos habitacionales de lujo y es muy seguro.
No tienen restaurante pero la tarifa incluye un desayuno continental y en el depa hay una carpeta con recomendaciones de restaurantes que tienen servicio a domicilio.
El trato del personal es muy amable.
En general esta muy bien el hotel, el único punto que pienso deberían checar es la limpieza en las regaderas ya que algunas presentan hongos y suciedad en las esquinas
 I attended an event in the Foresta room and was looking for something nearby for the return, this hotel is located just 4 minutes from the lounge what was Fabulous !. Another point in favor is that they accept pets, and my Dalmatian was happy because the spaces are very spacious and have a small garden where you can walk at any time.
The hotel shares facilities with thousands of luxury residential apartments and is very safe.
They do not have a restaurant but the rate includes a continental breakfast and in the depa there is a folder with recommendations for restaurants that have delivery service.
The treatment of the staff is very friendly.
In general the hotel is very good, the only point that I think they should check is the cleaning in the showers since some have fungi and dirt in the corners

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un espacio muy agradable para estancias largas. El persona de vigilancia, recepción y del aseo muy gentil, siempre dispuesto para atender cualquier inquietud o necesidad. Las instalaciones muy limpias. El acceso un poco complejo, pero con los días se aprende a moverse por las áreas comunes del complejo residencial y corporativo.
A very pleasant space for long stays. The person of vigilance, reception and very gentle grooming, always ready to attend to any concern or need. The facilities very clean. Access a little complex, but with the days you learn to move around the common areas of the residential and corporate complex.

Sin embargo en las regaderas casi no sale agua, en el apartamento hay 3 baños en la suite y no se pueden bañar 2 al mismo tiempo, mucho menos en las 3 regaderas. El desayuno deja mucho que desear. El personal es muy atento. La piscina está muy bien y la temperatura del agua muy agradable.
The place is very beautiful, safe and elegant. However in the showers almost no water comes out, in the apartment there are 3 bathrooms in the suite and you can not bathe 2 at the same time, much less in the 3 showers. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. The staff is very attentive. The pool is very nice and the water temperature very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corporate housing with contemporary building and decor. Good size penthouse apartment with three bedrooms, three beds and a maid's room (which wasn't in the description).
Fridge is a little small, and the place needs some upkeep: faucet in the kitchen was leaking, fridge water dispenser was leaking, coffee maker caraffe was leaking, and some walls need fresh spackle and a coat of paint. They did take care of fixing the issues, however.
Good for kids since there's a heated pool and big garden with a playground, and even a babies'/toddlers' indoor play area.
My biggest complaint is the access to the place: the Mexico-Toluca highway is right in front and there's no other way in or out. To go downtown, you have to get on the highway, drive South, turn around, and 10 min later you pass by The Place again on your way North... Same thing to get in if you're coming from Santa Fe. Also, NOT walking friendly at all: you must leave by car. Want to grab a quick bite? Prepare to drive... I much prefer "Dominion" in Polanco, but they do not have three bedrooms.
