★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicite un cartucho y me aseguraban que estaria para las 5 en la sucursal... les exerné lo importante que era para mi conseguirlo, que si no lo podian tener, buscaba en otra parte... me volvieron a asegurar que para las 5 p.m. podía pasar por el ... voy a las 5 y me dicen que no lo tienen... afortunadamente no son los únicos y lo consegui.
I asked for a cartridge and they assured me that it would be at the branch by 5 o'clock ... I explained to them how important it was for me to get it, that if they could not have it, I would look elsewhere ... they assured me again that by 5 p.m. I could go through it ... I go at 5 and they tell me they don't have it ... fortunately they are not the only ones and I got it.

lleve mi maquina a revision y no se tardaron nada en repararla aparte de que me la dejaron super bien los costos son muy accesibles los recomiendo ampliamente.

I took my machine for revision and they did not take anything to repair it apart from the fact that they left it super good, the costs are very accessible, I highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi equipo, cobraron el "diagnostico" se tardaron mas de 2 semanas, llamaba y me decían, " mañana sin falta, esta su equipo" al final, me dijeron que no tenía reparación, lo lleve con otro técnico y me lo reparó, cero profesiónales, cuando llame para reclamar su mal diagnóstico, salieron que por el Covid, tenían poco personal y eso les dificultaba las cosas, No RECOMENDABLE
I took my equipment, they charged the "diagnosis" it took more than 2 weeks, I called and they said, "tomorrow without fail, this is your equipment" at the end, they told me that it had no repair, I took it to another technician and he repaired it, zero professionals, when they called to claim their bad diagnosis, they came out that due to Covid, they had little staff and that made things difficult for them, NOT RECOMMENDED
