★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando iba a comprar me aseguraron que tenian internet de fibra óptica. Resulto que no solo era mentira sino que no llega ningún internet más que satelital que cuesta bastante caro. Las fachadas son bonitas pero la calidad es baja, realizado con lo más barato. Las casas las realizan lo más pegado posible y compartiendo barda para ahorrar material.
When I was going to buy they assured me that they had fiber optic internet. It turned out that it was not only a lie but that there is no internet other than satellite, which is quite expensive. The facades are nice but the quality is low, made with the cheapest. The houses are made as glued as possible and sharing a fence to save material.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelentes areas de convivencia para la familia, la zona en la que esta hace muy accesible el fraccionamiento, tiene de todo a sus alrrededores, tiendas, oxxos, gasolineras, restaurantes, taquerias, pozolerias, venta de carnitas, venta de pollos, el super, todo muy cerca. Es una zona no inundable, delincuencia cero. ????????
