Clean and modern room with views of the “Central Park of Mexico City”. However, it’s a little gimmicky to get to the room - hop an escalator to the 3rd floor then take an elevator to the 38th floor where you have to transfer to another elevator bank to get to the floor of your room.

Me from Canada and my friend from Usa visited the hotel last afternoon we were not staying there but wanted to see the rooftop bar and check out the view ..We both were greeted by a girl by name of Allexendro at the front desk sorry if I didn't pronounce it right, she personally took us to show the rooftop bar and answered to all are queries ..she had the best customer service and went above and beyond ..even though we both were in our shorts after visiting the huge park we were treated nicely ..this shows great hospitality never judge a customer by their looks ..the rooftop bar has spectacular view service was top notch ..thanks the tgirl again ..

We went for the view (which is amazing) & had a drink. My cocktail was amazing. To be honest.. One of the best I had in a while. Worth the money

We are regulars at Ritz Carlton properties around the world but the one in Mexico City property was disappointing at multiple levels. 1. Concierge was terrible - Romina especially 2. Service in the restaurant was rude 3. The restaurant did not open until 7;10 am and we couldn’t even get a breakfast before our flight 4. Service was very underwhelming 5. Food options were limited with just one restaurant and bar 6. Evening turn down service was missed despite us asking them for it 7. Bikes were ordered in poor condition and without locks - and we paid a premium Overall - I would never go this property again. In fact, it makes me wonder if I would even choose Ritz Carlton chain again

Amazing views, modern rooms (not huge even with upgrade), restaurant is better than expected for a hotel and glorious date spot. Location great and you can easily get to Roma and Polanco by foot or Uber. Spa/Gym solid as expected. Concierge unfortunately is TERRIBLE. We asked for a tour of the food markets and we got an expensive sedan ride with a guy who knew nothing about food. Furthermore, the concierge one day didn’t know what the other had promised me the day before. Concierge also never called me back (two times) when I asked for restaurant reservations.

As many have mentioned, the views are amazing, but the concierge and some customer services were not so great. It may be due to it opening just a few months ago, but this is a Ritz hotel, and it was disappointing that they were not as attentive or responsive to basic requests. Coincidentally, the room I stayed in had light issues: it would sporadically turn on in the middle of the night; very distracting. I would like to give credit to the room service personnel, the restaurant staff, and the front desk: they were very nice and did excellent work.

This Ritz is a fairly new property. We stayed 2 nights using 1 free 50k night, and 1 with 60k points - this was booked before peak/off-peak pricing was introduced. Service was solid - typical of all Ritz Carlton properties, with people who help bring your luggage up and show you the room and its features. The lobby for checkin / checkout is on Fl 3. You then need to take an elevator 40 or so floors up, then switch to the actual floor your room is on since all the rooms are on the higher levels (the rest of the building is Ritz Carlton residences). The number of elevator transfers is a slight inconvenience but is actually quite similar to other Ritz properties in large cities. Our room had a nice view of the nearby park with a balcony. It was a connecting room though - so we did hear some noise from the adjacent room. Additionally, the windows are not noise cancelling. You can hear the traffic coming from the highways that you face. The restaurant upstairs called Ling Ling (not associated with the hotel) tends to play music with strong bass in the outdoor rooftop area, so if it's not raining, you might have trouble sleeping as the venue is open until 1am. Luckily the 2nd night it was rainy, so there was no outdoor music playing. I think this is a bit of an unfortunate design - I definitely don't recall any noise issues when at the Ritz Tokyo. The lobby restaurant Samos is really lovely. With Titanium status, we were given free breakfast each day here - this meant any food items and non-alcoholic beverages. The food here was actually really delicious! We also had some delicious cocktails here on one of the evenings. The view is the same as from the room fwiw. The pool/spa facilities were great. Again, a view of the park. Hydrotherapy jets available. In the gender-specific areas there are the steam + sauna rooms. You do have to reserve somewhat ahead of time due to capacity, but I did observe someone going in without reservation since no one else was there. Location wise, this property is located in a business district, so there's actually quite a lot of restaurants nearby which is convenient. Overall I thought it was a great redemption, although there were some nits around the sound-proofing. I think it's great for a few nights stay, I'd be a bit more concerned for a longer stay.

My favorite hotel in Mexico City. The service here is like you'd expect at any Ritz; impeccable. The rooms are gorgeous. The food options are very very good and the atmosphere and ambiance are excellent. The gym is adequate for getting in a good workout and the steam room/pool/spa is great for relaxing. Another All round excellent Ritz experience
