A	Ana Carmiña Mendoza Gómez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde que adopté a mi perrito (hace 5 años) lo he llevado a vacunar, cuidar y bañar a este lugar y siempre he salido con una sonrisa. Para las vacunas, la Dra siempre se asegura de que este todo bien, cuando se ha llegado a enfermar me ha recomendado lo mejor y se alivia. Las estancias le han venido muy bien a mi perrito, lo he dejado desde un fin de semana hasta un mes con ellos y mi perrito siempre ha mantenido la misma personalidad y alegría. Incluso me han permitido pasar al patio a ver donde tienen a todos jugando. Te ofrecen un servicio de acceso a camaras para checarlos de noche y siempre te lo bañan antes de entregartelo. He estado muy contenta con este lugar y es de mi mayor confianza.

Les contraté para baño a domicilio y me entregaron a mi perrita con la piel viva, pedazos totalmente sin pelo que le arrancaron a estirones, que se convirtieron en heridas y costras que la hicieron sufrir mucho. Además, la golpearon en el ojo y estamos con tratamiento para ver si se lo podemos salvar. Encima de eso, antes de disculparse o de ofrecer soluciones, me escribieron para reclamar y acusar porque publiqué el caso, con las fotos de esas heridas. Pensé que el problema era solo el carnicero que mandan para servicio de baño a domicilio, pero es el establecimiento entero. No pongo 0 estrellas porque no es posible. Horrible experience. I hired them for a bathroom at home and they gave me my dog with her skin alive, totally hairless pieces that they pulled out, which turned into wounds and scabs that made her suffer a lot. In addition, they hit her in the eye and we are undergoing treatment to see if we can save it. On top of that, before apologizing or offering solutions, they wrote to me to claim and accuse me because I published the case, with the photos of those injuries. I thought the problem was just the butcher they send for bathroom delivery, but it's the entire establishment. I do not put 0 stars because it is not possible.

I loved my vacations with the peace of mind that my beautiful baby was in good hands (My dog is 6 months old and a little older is rescued)
