About The Seashell Museum
on Sanibel Island in Florida and I fell in love with it, too. This is labeled as a National Museum and it is simply fantastic with rooms and rooms of displays, information and sea shell collections from around the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice but more of a display of shells and crafty stuff. The place is adorably decorated but don't expect the classic museum with identifications and elaborate displays. Still, not a waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a great off-the-beaten path find and worth visiting. It's not obvious from the Google Maps listing, but you should call and make an appointment ahead of time in the off-season.
